Honda has very good health insurance, all sorts of other perks, childcare reimbursement being one of them. Honda has never had a layoff and always provided a bouns every year. If sales are slow you can still come in to work and earn a paycheck

I would like to be paid a little more for the amount of work I do. The insurance is way to expensive. Even the high deductible plan is almost 350 out of every paycheck for me and a child.
