They are constantly in between a rock and a hard place when it come to making the right decisions. They have to take their orders from people and whole departments that have never set foot in a lab. Departments paid to constantly change the way we do everything. The labs are set up to fail.

My manager would listen and do anything in her power to assist, but she regularly got pushback from managers above her on anything that helped employees.

They need to get out of there ivory tower offices and observe what the worker bees are doing. The new ceo has not walked into the sales and customer service offices. He needs to clean house in hr and IT depts. company has gone downhill in the 4 1/2 years that I was there. Glad I left
