I work independently so have control over my schedule and time management
There is opportunity to identify a problem and solve it, particularly if there is no cost associated with the fix.
it is an ethical company and it cares about its employees
employee centric, everything from listening to our ideas to being able to sign an I-beam for the top truss of a new building to assisting with pet adoption, too many to name here

Return to the days when transparency was a high priority
Better management that knows how to develop talent.
Empower and compensate the people who are doing tbe work.
Leadership needs to appreciate the people who make the company great.
Create a real sense of trust. Certain departments feel as though they are being run by chess masters who say they want honest feedback, but then use that info as leverage.
At our location, we are not viewed as the same as the main branch but that's okay. We are just as good if not better.
