I dont pay much out of pocket. But then again, my pay is the lowest in the industry so if I had to pay more, I would be forced to leave the job.

My position is capped at part-time employment, therefore in paid minimum wage and receive no benefits outside of my 401k, even though I work and do more than the part-time requirements to accommodate being short staffed.
