  • Respuesta de los mejores empleados

Turnover is very high. 1-2 years at most, on average.

  • Obviously it depends. Somewhere between 12-36 months

  • In the product org, I did the math once and it averaged to a few months over a year. However there is an "in crowd" that has lasted much longer. It seems to be, the better the talent, the quicker they leave.

Preguntado a all employees at Infusionsoft

  • There are a few cultures at Infusionsoft. The one that attracts talent and is preached at the company meeting is beautiful and focuses on people and small businesses. Sadly the real culture is about blaming the employees, witch hunts, and trying to purge dessenters. The company is a culture cargo cult that thinks it knows how to create a culture but it's just yet another startup following prescriptions from self help books.

  • Used to be more "fun" but still a great culture of trust and autonomy and people working together to solve problems for small business.

  • Depends on the department and manager. In engineering, one of the departments this should be most available, it is actually the most limited policy. Especially if you happen to fall under a certain director, who is anti work from home.

Preguntado a la Engineering Department at Infusionsoft

  • Nice people with the best intentions. They haven't launched a meaningful change for years though. There's a lack of understanding of how to build a functioning software department with clear ownership, resulting in thrashing on insignificant or already failed projects.

  • Depends on the department. There have been a couple of rounds of layoffs every year for the past 4 years. They hit product the least, so it has the best morale. But each time they hit we loose some our best people in every department. The good people who don't need this job and can easily find another.
