    This Comment is TRUE You can’t get ahead in this company because layoffs are so frequent. Before you get a chance to promote you are laid off. If you do manage to promote, a year later you are laid off. I got a new position in 2010 and then they layoff and kept others that did nothing

    Very frequent. A couple batches every year. Usually this doesn't hit the Product Org. However if there is a group being layedoff, they will sometimes cherry pick people from other departments to add in.

    You can’t get ahead in this company because layoffs are so frequent. Before you get a chance to promote you are laid off. If you do manage to promote, a year later you are laid off.
