Madwire for the last eleven years has been a place where I have been able to truly increase my radius of impact on other people's lives and Make A Difference. I have been blessed to be able to help develop our people, processes, products, and most importantly our culture. I love MAD!

Toxic environment. Company espouses family and team atmosphere while playing favorites and emotionally abusing employees.

I love working here - it's challenging in that no day is the same but it's very rewarding to help others.

  • Currently, an email goes out to everyone in that job area, asking them to reply if they’re interested in being considered for the promotion. The manager above the open position interviews each of the applicants and they are told when a decision will be made. Their current performance numbers are reviewed and weighed with the interviews to select the best applicant for that position. All the applicants are emailed whether or not they got the position. A company-announcement is made on who will be filling that position.

  • Currently we do not have any remote positions. Marketing teams work very closely to provide top notch service for customers, therefore face to face communication between teams is crucial to our success.

  • The sales department is very upbeat, fast paced and positive. There is an emphasis on work life balance, and the nice thing about sales is when you clock out, you can leave it at the door. Most sales reps work 7-4.
