Customer Service, and issue resolution
I cant see when someone post a shift so I can't pick up any shifts from my job. I have to go to the manger directly if someone asks me to pick up there shifts. It's very aggravating. DO better.
The people are great and we're changing up marketing and sales strategies in ways that will really benefit us in 2023.
I love the work and it is super relaxing

How's the work life balance at HotSchedules?
it is not...
It's all work.
non-existent.
How's the work pace at HotSchedules?
Very heavy.
Tons of work, tons of people not doing work, and tons of people taking credit for other people's work.
Very slow. You have to wait on everyone who knows nothing about the projects to decide what you should do.
How secure do you feel at your job at HotSchedules?

There is no job security.
What are the team outings like at HotSchedules?
They do not exist, unless you pay for your own outings.
They don't exist, really. Though, we are being forced to go do charity work next month. Guess they don't know what charity means...

Don't say anything negative.

It's all about who is the most popular.
What do people at HotSchedules think about the CEO? What do they do well and what can they improve?
He's a complete waste of space and air. He has no idea what he is doing. HotSchedules even had to hire a contractor to "teach" him how to be a CEO.
If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at HotSchedules?
Fire all of the executives.
What's the work from home policy like at HotSchedules?
They said you are able to as much as you would like. Then you get in frowned upon for not being in the office everyday.

They were not.
Does HotSchedules drug test or do a background check?
Not that I ever saw.
What's the internship program like at HotSchedules?
Interns are paid very small salaries, and expected to perform a ridiculous amount of work.
How does HotSchedules handle HR issues?
Very inappropriately, and from a biased standpoint.
How innovative is HotSchedules?
They are not.

It is literally measured by who is the most popular.

Ridiculously simple. They are not skilled at anything technical.

Open concept, except for the people who are important.

Someone with a degree. Skill does not matter, it's all about the paper and the ability to answer questions proving you have the paper. :/
How's the vacation policy at HotSchedules?
Open PTO Policy, you work with your manager. Most people take at least 3 weeks or more.
