Customer Service, and issue resolution

I cant see when someone post a shift so I can't pick up any shifts from my job. I have to go to the manger directly if someone asks me to pick up there shifts. It's very aggravating. DO better.

The people are great and we're changing up marketing and sales strategies in ways that will really benefit us in 2023.

  • He's a complete waste of space and air. He has no idea what he is doing. HotSchedules even had to hire a contractor to "teach" him how to be a CEO.
