I love the work and it is super relaxing

I interviewed with managers from other departments to get a better idea on culture and company direction,
They showed me around the office so I could see actual employees in action. I think that helped me to understand the culture.

The leadership team. The leadership team in Atlanta are very disconnected from the majority of the workers in Austin and the rest of the company. They are only worried about the bottom line, not the employees. They need to start being more empathetic and practicing the values of the company.
