That the majority of them are in Atlanta.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team works really hard but also has fun and doesn't take themselves too seriously.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people and culture are fantastic. We have a lot of fun and tons of cookouts and employee events.

What did you like most about the interview process?

They showed me around the office so I could see actual employees in action. I think that helped me to understand the culture.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

They have a fantastic benefits package. Good health, dental and vision and very generous time off as well as 4 charity days to go and give back to your community.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

The leadership team. The leadership team in Atlanta are very disconnected from the majority of the workers in Austin and the rest of the company. They are only worried about the bottom line, not the employees. They need to start being more empathetic and practicing the values of the company.
