What's the Engineering team like at Madwire?
Phenomenal. We have an absolute blast. The people here are brilliant and it is such a great environment to learn and build in. It is very fast paced, as is the whole company. You never stop learning and we are really focused on sharing our knowledge with the team. We have in-house tech meetups on Fridays, as well as a bi-monthly meetup for those who are in the middle of their coding journeys. But it is a very open and extremely collaborative environment where people still respect your space and time. I couldn't be happier.
