As long as it pertains to the market value. We are not even matching the mid 50% of the value and can't compete with perks like hybrid and remote.

I would like to see three changes to our benefits: expanded vacation coverage (I am used to unlimited at my level), more flexibility to work hybrid schedules (especially with the increase in remote workers on our team), and paid phone coverage (I am used to having my phone paid for at my level).

I improved performance of the application and my team. Delivered new features in unreasonable timeline. We were told not to enter overtime even we legitimately work more than 8 hours in a day due to unreasonable timeline to deliver the project. My rate increase has been in progress for 6 months

Compare the number of departments, resources, and initiatives I lead with those of other leaders in the company. Also, compared to the industry for similar services covering such large departments, my title in the organization is not aligned.

I am valued as an employee by the leadership team and totally aligned with the direction of the Company, and I love working with the current leadership. The inflation rate is higher than the general year-over-year rise. The compensation has to be aligned as well.

My title is underrated with the experience, requires correction, my opinions are not heard when I approach through normal channel, but when I approach the same through different channels (breaking the hierarchy, directly reaching to top management), then it is taken seriously & actions are taken.

I am being paid below my market value based on my education and professional experience. I would be willing to take on more strategic work for an increase in pay. If my role offered more flexible work models (hybrid), I would be more open to the lower pay.

Compensation is not close to industry standards and there is no neg raises. Even when manager push for raises leadership turns them down. Also, many benefits have been pulled making my compensation even lower.

I feel undervalued because, given my extensive experience with Fortune 100 companies, I believe my contributions warrant more recognition. While monetary compensation is important, what I value most is the freedom and flexibility to work in a hybrid model. This would allow me balance my profession.

I am paid at a lower level than my responsibilities and my skill set. I would feel better about being utilized in a way that helps develop/train and prep team members for larger scope goals. Along with this being compensation that is in alignment with the level of experience and expertise I bring.
