Review from HR Dept · Posted 7 days ago

What we achieved as a Company is unbelievable, but with the latest exit of CFO, we need a reassurance on the direction of the Company either towards IPO or another sale to another PE Company.

Review from Finance Dept · Posted 7 days ago

they live the company values

Review from HR Dept · Posted 12 days ago

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Less bureaucracy getting out of the ivory tower every once in a while.

Review from Engineering Dept · Posted 6 days ago

Communicating the goals and vision of the company at town halls; tracking progress against those measurable goals each quarter.

Review from Finance Dept

Transparency about company financials, explaining the vision of where this company is going coherently and putting employees and employee retention MUCH higher on their priority list.

Review from Marketing Dept

Knowing what family value means

Review from Operations Dept

Set clear goals, communicate where the company is headed and what the priorities are, care more about people (and not just the managing partners), be more transparent, stop sending emails at all hours of the night and day.

Review from HR Dept

Retaining talent. Switching everyone to Employee's but that will never happen because $$$$ and therein lies the problem.

Review from IT Dept

Communicating what Integrity's goals are, the vision, where we're going and how we're doing financially. Way too much fluff, not enough substance.

Review from Marketing Dept

Which leadership team? If it is directly our leadership team, it is communication. If it is the corporate leadership team, more intelligence on where we are going as a company.

Review from Finance Dept

There is a me attitude and not a team first mentality. Need to create a better department culture.

Review from Finance Dept

Transparent communication and active listening to understand the needs of the employee (personally and professionally) and the department as a whole.

Review from Finance Dept

Stop with the "we're a start up" mentality. Integrity has grown to an enterprise level org with the leadership maturity of small business. And ease up on the kool-aid. It's starting to taste bitter.

Review from IT Dept

Transparency. Unfortunately, most of the people filling out these surveys are not those who have constructive feedback. The leadership team also lacks humility. There are better ways to do things sometimes, but that is impossible to see without an ounce of humility.

Review from Marketing Dept

The leadership team needs work on having reasonable expectations and relating better to employees

Review from Marketing Dept

Working under different managers we either set goals with no rewards and/or set no goals at all. Being a younger employee and the most driven in my career at this point it is frustrating that I should set goals with a manager and get exceptional reviews with just a pat on the back.

Review from Marketing Dept

aligning with the company's core values - specifically RESPECT, FAMILY, and INTEGRITY

Review from HR Dept

Good leadership skills are essential to career development. If Integrity's leadership wants to improve , think about what actions they can take to be more influential, understanding, and open-minded. Also - classifying the company and it's team members as essential workers....no.
