Poor morale. Distrust. HR not helping. Stop micromanagement. Address poor performers and take action.

Everyone is out for themselves and mess up other people's work to make them fail.

Professional acumen and decorum exists with some colleagues and that is the least that i expect. As leadership made more questionable personnel decisions for management/leadership roles the impact was trickle down of lower quality colleagues resulting in increased workload for those more capable.

They need better training. The bad apples are not reprimanded. Management's fear is lack of headcount but negative employees causing dissent are far worse.

One of my coworkers is nice but the other likes to go over boundaries with personal life and is a know it all.

The negativity on the team makes it difficult to work and be productive. The leadership does not follow through and help the situation. Some days you just wish you could work from home to be more effective to the team. Everyone is complaining about others and not just doing the job at hand.

It's a more male dominated work environment. I'd say I get along with both genders but activities seem to be more male focused
