Support. I think that when people feel supported they feel seen. When people feel seen they perform better and they want to help others do the same. I think we do a great job of created an environment where people are supported and that creates a culture with work, life, balance and happy people!

Accounting leadership is the issue. No accountability to issues arising and will not accept that things are broken. Quick to blame everyone but themselves.

I think establishing goals with employees and really following through with them with a reward. Stop giving us the cheap free swag that feels like gets donated within 6 months. I'd rather get a nice gift like a Minky blanket (shout out to Anne) once a quarter than 5 small items
