Everyone at the local level is hanging on by a thread. There is so much that we could accomplish if the employees who make the money were listened to, but they continue to allow people who work in a corporate office decide what happens for the masses. Stop doing one-size fits all policies, etc.

mangers need a wake up call here. they have NO comunication with employees and we have suffer the consequences for there actions.. extremely dissapointed with management and feel forced to surrender my position and start looking for new employment. something must dont. i love my job
