It's had it's ups and down's and challenges

Its been fast paced and motivating. However, the chaos, disorganization, lack of investment where it is needed and revolving door culture is not sustainable.

My previous job was in a very toxic, negative, dismissive environment where respect and decency was reflective of an employee's title. Coming to Landing was like stepping into a different universe. Every aspect of my job and this company is exponentially more positive and productive.

General culture of fear and uncertainty drives everything we do. No one feels safe from the C-Suite down. This is the culture the E-team wants, but it is not sustainable.

I think that company needs to complete a market analysis to determine the cost of labor as well as the cost of living. This will ensure that the compensation for the roles are competitive .

I don't believe I make a salary that is equal to my peers.

Finding out that others in my equal position make quite a bit more and that people in lesser positions make is almost equal to my pay, made me realize that I am not paid fairly for the amount of work I do and what I contribute to the organization.

its almost impossible to get approved for higher compensation, or even after you're promised it, it comes after a long delay. compensation varies across teams and it doesn't seem to be fair across the board.
