General culture of fear and uncertainty drives everything we do. No one feels safe from the C-Suite down. This is the culture the E-team wants, but it is not sustainable.

I think that company needs to complete a market analysis to determine the cost of labor as well as the cost of living. This will ensure that the compensation for the roles are competitive .

I don't believe I make a salary that is equal to my peers.

Finding out that others in my equal position make quite a bit more and that people in lesser positions make is almost equal to my pay, made me realize that I am not paid fairly for the amount of work I do and what I contribute to the organization.

its almost impossible to get approved for higher compensation, or even after you're promised it, it comes after a long delay. compensation varies across teams and it doesn't seem to be fair across the board.
