What does the leadership team need to get better at?
General culture of fear and uncertainty drives everything we do. No one feels safe from the C-Suite down. This is the culture the E-team wants, but it is not sustainable.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that company needs to complete a market analysis to determine the cost of labor as well as the cost of living. This will ensure that the compensation for the roles are competitive .

I don't believe I make a salary that is equal to my peers.
Finding out that others in my equal position make quite a bit more and that people in lesser positions make is almost equal to my pay, made me realize that I am not paid fairly for the amount of work I do and what I contribute to the organization.

its almost impossible to get approved for higher compensation, or even after you're promised it, it comes after a long delay. compensation varies across teams and it doesn't seem to be fair across the board.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone at Landing is talented and driven to succeed. Even in the midst of relatively constant turmoil, there seems to be a lot of positive energy in the building. We have and have hired great people.

There is a disconnect with Property Satisfaction/Corporate Client Satisfaction. Lack of understanding of the chain of command in property management to access the true client satisfaction.
