Open to work with the team and willing to share their honest opinion. They always have a pleasant attitude.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the fact that they are having the all hands bi-weekly. It gives us a great opportunity to hear from our CE0/COO.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think that company needs to complete a market analysis to determine the cost of labor as well as the cost of living. This will ensure that the compensation for the roles are competitive .
