  • Ops being the Supply management team. Supervisor did not provide any on boarding program. After years of new hires asking for help, people leaving, the director is finally tasking supervisors to provide new hire mentors. A lot of turnover really pushed any program by the current director. Sad to see so many quality people leave.

  • Poor. Per division. Managers with pessimistic attitudes won’t allow WFH while other depts on a regular basis. The policy is unfair.
