Get off their stuffed chairs and begin doing their job! The Texas power grid meeds immediate work and needs to be able to handle more power than it can now because of the population growth in Texas over the past decade. However, ERCOT seems to just sit around and collect their salaries.
ERCOT certainly encourages their employees to learn all that they can which is a huge plus. I would go as far as saying it feels like being part of a family, but it feels like you’re part of a community. Being that it’s a non profit, it feels like working for the pursuit of knowledge, not prof
