How helpful was your Operations team when you were first hired at LCRA?

Ops being the Supply management team. Supervisor did not provide any on boarding program. After years of new hires asking for help, people leaving, the director is finally tasking supervisors to provide new hire mentors. A lot of turnover really pushed any program by the current director. Sad to see so many quality people leave.
