Good leadership. But personal and professional lines are grey.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people are caring and nice.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Great people who love God.

What makes you most happy at work?

When I feel valued and my efforts are acknowledged. My Growth continues to sharpen and challenge me professionally.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Their faithfulness and resilience to the ministry is strong. But they're flying too high to know what actually happens across other levels.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Keep rounds within 3-4 for interviews. Reduce number of tests given to candidates. Let finalists meet the team. Be ON TIME for interviews. It's respectful to start interviews on time and it's a reflection of your brand. Be clear and upfront about the compensation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They emphasize rewarding performance. But after am incredible year of high levels of performance and outcomes with the church as a whole, the raise given was barely enough to over the gas it would take for an employee to commute to and from work for the year. Negatively impacts staff retention.
