There was ALWAYS more money under the table than on the table. I had to nickel and dime for every raise (thankfully I was good at it!) but the "perks" were harder to come by. PTO, sick days, stock options all kept for execs.

All the usual petty corporate nonsense like 15 ppl selecting reply all to tell someone there was an irrelevant typo in their email. Or some wannabe Mr. complaining b/c u don't drop everything to stare at him adoringly as he interrupts you for nonsense.
