Compassion freindship and helping w work
I'm really ain't much I could say about my team
The team runs effectively if you have effective management. Break the cycles.
We worked as a team and helped each other out.
They are very nice and very cooperative people
I had input on who was hired and for which position they were best suited.
We all collaborate and effectively accomplish goals
when i need help they will help me
As a whole, not entirely too much, sadly. There are several individuals that know the meaning of their jobs, but others are blanketed in flat laziness.
I work with mostly all champions

Kitchen staff was amazing. KM and Clarence we fantastic to work with. Kitchen staff was fun, hard working and cared. Many of them also got benefits from the female service manager I guess you could say manager with benefits. GM that became DM was great. The other DMs were terrible

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Wear gloves and hairnets, no one wears them
They need to drastically improve the quality of service they give their guests.i feel as though they do not care enough to go the extra mile to do our store some good. If they cared a bit more, they could improve the guests experience,along w keeping the cleanliness at an above average rate.
Respect everyone and stop bullying .
Teamwork!! Needs to a priority but at the East peoria, Il. Location. Teamwork is not implemented. People are singled out for the smallest issue when it should be a teams issue and dealt with as a teams and how to make the team better instead of the individual.
They need to provide more assistance to the new hires instead of ignoring their needs

The workers whom have been there almost a year don't train new employees they run the restaurant they tell manager what section they will work in they are rude to new employees
