They treet us like people not just oaychecks
Communication and loyal perks, springing into action when customers are rolling in
Most of them are very much like me. Same attitude and similar lifestyles.
They can be nice and help you deal with rude customers.
They are nice and kind.
They understood work/life balance... for themselves. Taught me my personal life is as valuable as theirs.
Understanding the business as they have lived it. Know how to work with our changing industry.
They were very great and trading

I'm taking notice at what goes on in the restaurants. employees do not receive brakes at all and by law if you work 6 hours you must take a 30 minute clock out break and we do not get those

Learn the definition of a leader. The GM is not only a bad leader he is a poor excuse for a human being. Restaurant is always dirty. One manager and one manager only, and he is from the old team before the closing, works, cares, is a great guy stuck in a bad situation.
