They treet us like people not just oaychecks
Communication and loyal perks, springing into action when customers are rolling in
Most of them are very much like me. Same attitude and similar lifestyles.
They can be nice and help you deal with rude customers.
They are nice and kind.
Helping folks out in a situation
Everything that they can yo
I'm taking notice at what goes on in the restaurants. employees do not receive brakes at all and by law if you work 6 hours you must take a 30 minute clock out break and we do not get those
Treating people like people. Not allowing personal opinion to determine roles. Being actively constructive.
It needs to be communication
I dont have one so cant answer

well for one when there was a promotion available for a kitchen manager. I have 25 years experience in the kitchen and restaurant business and I've been teaching manager for many many years of other restaurants and when the opportunity became available at 22-year-old girl was given the job just bec
We tip out to many people when most of the time we busting all our tables and still tipping busers and host with our 2.15 hr barely making it when they should be payed hourly by the company
There was ALWAYS more money under the table than on the table. I had to nickel and dime for every raise (thankfully I was good at it!) but the "perks" were harder to come by. PTO, sick days, stock options all kept for execs.
Compassion freindship and helping w work
I'm really ain't much I could say about my team
The team runs effectively if you have effective management. Break the cycles.
We worked as a team and helped each other out.
They are very nice and very cooperative people
Wear gloves and hairnets, no one wears them
They need to drastically improve the quality of service they give their guests.i feel as though they do not care enough to go the extra mile to do our store some good. If they cared a bit more, they could improve the guests experience, along w keeping the cleanliness at an above average rate.
Respect everyone and stop bullying .
Teamwork!! Needs to a priority but at the East peoria, Il. Location. Teamwork is not implemented. People are singled out for the smallest issue when it should be a teams issue and dealt with as a teams and how to make the team better instead of the individual.
They need to provide more assistance to the new hires instead of ignoring their needs

Weve got each others backs we are a family
The few good managers making the shift bearable
Keeping the company standards in a seen quality
It has potential to be a great environment and make the company thrive. It's just not being met because there's not the proper leadership and management put in place
The regular guests who treat us as family
Everything especially helping folks out
Build real teams, not cliques. Invest in leadership that leads by example, not drama. Respect, communication, and accountability would completely shift the culture, lead with integrity
Management an cleanest an spend with costumer

The Managers need to hold people accountable
It did not take long
Most definetly seeing my GM again
Fast pace quick and easy
the tour was a nice addition
They were very quick, and timely about the whole thing and got me in and out.
There was no interview. It was the manager complaining of staff and said if u can do better u will make it.
Allow them To ask questions

The DM who hired us was so dumb it was unbelievable. He hired us because his stores were completely understaffed he just got lucky that we were good and wanted to work with each other. The GM got one manager hired because she was sleeping with him. Along with the kitchen staff.
My customers that come in
Customers and a few managers and co workers
Team players who do their job
To be a part of a positive work team in which makes customers happy.
When I am actually busy and moving around instead of sitting in one place.
I need to talk to someone

NEW MANAGEMENT!!! If i could name names i would, but all of the managers are toxic and will only do things that benefit them.

No one in the kitchen or in the back wears gloves or hairnets, no one washes their hands
