I enjoy continued learning and Lowe's offers so many resources to all associates to learn more about everything from our internal business to external resources. They do a great job building out programs at Lowe's University as well.

Honestly it's hard to say. It's not going to get better because Lowe's is 100% just about numbers now. It's starting to feel like employees are just a number too. Even a sliver of honesty and appreciation would help but I guess that's too much to ask for.

Management needs to be retrained. He needs to come back to stores. Not being in store employees do not feel heard, and are uncomfortable making claims through phone interactions. Managers now feel they can do anything without repercussions, because of lack of HR in store.
