The Manager over me directly had next to no expirence at my job, where as I have 10 plus years expirence including at Wal-Mart during 3 Christmas seasons. It's safe to say I might know ways to streamline the unloading process. Manager would not even concider my ideas.

The company is so ridiculous if you are not a minority. For a hardware store, they sure do hate men who are their biggest customer group. Management harasses and discriminated against men.
