So much to do so little time. No one knows anything in depth, and we are making customers mad left and right. We don't have time to help them. We are like a giant convenience store. If you don't know what you want or see it on shelf it isn't happening.

Work/life balance is very poor with the flip flopping shifts. I can’t have a productive life because I work different times of the day each day. We cannot be productive at work because the shift flopping is creating bad restful sleep pattern

Poor leadership! Starting from the top... SM has poor leadership skills, ASM's operate out of fear! Dept floor Supervisors are unqualified and overwhelmed! There will be a mass exodus if things don't turn around. Ex-employees are boycotting Lowe's, that's how bad it is for the rank-and-file!

Better pay, better and more consistent predictable scheduling, full staffing, managers that actually try to fix problems instead of brush them under the rug . A CEO who doesn't see workers as expendable to please shareholders.

Being understaffed is what kills me the most. At night I have to cover multiple departments and help customers with products I have no clue about. It's honestly embarrassing not for just my self but for Lowe's as a company.
