Competitive behaviour is considered to be good in every team but it should be taken to a personal level. If this can be improved, the team can coordinate in a much better manner.

I'd like my coworkers to be more self-sufficient by utilizing the resources that we have and the knowledge that they possess to problem solve. We could work together better if they did this and asked me specific questions if they don't know what to do.

They need to be accountable for their work. In general, people are rewarded for dishing responsibility for their own work onto someone else. It's part of a system here that favors certain individuals and departments over others.

Despite having an awesome product and great growth potential, I think we truly lack a sense of TEAM culture at Motive. This stems from a lack of prioritization at the leadership level. You have too many people trying to keep up with changing/unclear priorities resulting in burn-out/finger pointing.

They should have this eager to help. But not helping is not there nature, its just that we have this pressure to make sure quota is meet. dont find time to help.

Some co-workers don't lend help when needed and often leave me behind, which hinders me as an intern to learn new stuff, I feel when I leave this organization I will instill a part of KT as my first ever job and this experience will be one of my "FIRSTS" in life, want some improvement there :)
