Review from Engineering Dept · Posted a month ago

So I have been working in different companies with different leaderships and the one thing that i have seen here is the honest transparency and the way our leaders qualify our thoughts for a great successful future. Make me work harder and be better than yesterday.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

They need to work out their processes, and actually trust their team to be able to make the decisions in some of these launches rather than having to have a helicopter review every single process.

Review from Marketing Dept · Posted a month ago

Communication down needs to improve. Lack of transparency on why, and lack of comms around change management. When change happens here, we have to find out about it through the grapevine.

Review from HR Dept · Posted a month ago

Keeping literally any of their promises. Having a clear strategy and communicating it. Address employee incentives. Pay attention.

Just do a Ctrl+Z on the culture. Its going to worse from a year or so. Let the team feel some air, each day looks like a layoff day. (Specially SQA team morale is tooo down. The culture that put efforts to retain you is now asking you to find a better option and leave, due to uncertainty of job role

I think leadership needs to get better at trusting reps’ output instead of over-focusing on proving activity. The growing number of trackers and check-ins can make it

Review from Sales Dept · Posted a month ago

Reduce unnecessary pressure and address concerns with action. Escalate workload and burnout risks to leadership, advocate for feasible solutions, and communicate our staffing gap and need for additional headcount.

Review from Product Dept · Posted a month ago

Create alignment across teams, put more emphasis on change management and hold teams equal accountable. Also respect employee's time off and advocate for team.

Review from Finance Dept · Posted a month ago

Accountability and clear vision for the future. Many times it feels as so though the tail wags the dog here and we are constantly moving from one shiny object to the next. Good companies what what they do, great companies know what they dont. There are no current guidelines to what we dont do.

Review from Sales Dept · Posted a month ago

When they ask for feedback, they don't want feedback, they want affirmation of the conclusions they already made. Accept feedback, don't turn it into a debate to prove ICs are wrong.

Raises can't continue to be well below inflation.

Review from Engineering Dept

Their communication from all the relevant stakeholders before proposing or launching something needs to improve ALOT!

Review from Customer Support Dept

The best leadership is the one that takes care of its employees. Simply saying you're the best doesn’t make it true. Our salaries are very low, and we'

Review from Product Dept

Committing to job descriptions, especially with new hires. Can't hire somebody providing certain criteria, then going and changing the whole company structure. That planning didn't happen overnight.

Review from Sales Dept

I can't pay bills with Motive clothing - give me $$ instead of clothes. Budgets are cut and we can't hire, yet enough budget for parties - hire more workers at non-exec levels! CEO keeps talking IPO but no action.

Review from Engineering Dept

There is more focus on constantly adding new features than giving compensation raises and better benefits.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Have more 1:1 with employees. Leadership team should skip managers and talk to employees directly. Approve innovation. Stop top down ideas. Shouldn't be hostile towards employees when new ideas are brought up.

Review from Engineering Dept

Promises by leadership are consistently not fulfilled. No apparent course corrections after blunders were made. No mechanism to provide feedback on leadership besides direct manager.

Better salary packages and better benefits
