Coworkers need to understand how to maximize the doctor's time with a patient. This includes alerting the doctor as soon as a patient arrives. And also following the company's policy on overflow patients as well as patients who arrive late. Consequences for patient non-compliance should be enforced

Medical healthcare benefits, HSA and 401k program. However debate the doctor in initially there's a company matched 401k which disappears after about a year when they and the IRS consider you're making too much money for the company to contribute any longer. This should be disclosed before hiring

Not being behind on seeing patients in a timely manner. My pet peeve is running behind 20 to 40 minutes seeing patients. However; today's patience do not arrive early for their appointments even if it is suggested when booking the appointment. Online scheduling also is very inefficient and confusing

Better communication would be the first step. And realizing realistic expectations. I am not a machine that you can wind up and program to see a patient in 10 to 15 minutes. And a monetary incentive will not motivate me whatsoever. I am not willing to compromise my patient time to accommodate goals
