Accessible and communicative with rank and file employees
The senior district manager tried her best to accomadare their need
My direct supervisor believes in me and supports my growth
TBH, when they are on vacation. The micromanaging and negative feedback about not doing enough or you need to be better here or here, not meeting average sale per patient, KPIs or daily goals.

Understand team work and be supportive
Better communication would be the first step. And realizing realistic expectations. I am not a machine that you can wind up and program to see a patient in 10 to 15 minutes. And a monetary incentive will not motivate me whatsoever. I am not willing to compromise my patient time to accommodate goals
Everything. They need to get better at everything
Empathy, humility, competence, integrity and trust
Truly caring for employees instead of significantly cutting employee hours and not working on obtaining better employee benefits.
There are times that no matter how busy the ECs and PSCs the manager and doctors only care about recalls. my coworkers and I have been recently talking together about how we feel so very behind of submitting orders, and notifying orders. The importance of recalls is overwhelming

They need to listen to the staff and realize they’re trying to put the best interest of the practice in mind. The store I work in will eventually close if we don’t revamp. We need a manager who will back up the staff and reprimand the Dr when neces
Communication and Just overall management skills.
Listen to the employees when they have valid concerns. Do not micromanage employees
Being good and respecting employees
Consulting with each employee when there is a problem
Really hear you staff when they are telling you about what is going on. You can't keep acting like everything will get better because it won't. You are losing staff that have been in some of these offices for years before you bought it out and turned it in to a only about the money workplace.
Leading and not being entitlement providers to poor staff
