Love my team just not MYEye DR
Collaborative in nature and support ice
My coworkers are a great team.
The Comradery of the crew
The Eyewear Consultant was truly invested in their patients and went above and beyond for them.
My coworkers come to work everyday and give 1000% and are some of the best in their position and this company I'd going to run us all dry if they dont start making the changes that are needed
They care about patients even while not making bills.
They are people and care about patients unlike company.

The turnover is high and the training is minimal, so chaos is the daily result.
Everyone works extremely hard every day
The frindlyness staff and worming together
Fun to work with, super supportive
Ability to work together as one team with one purpose, educate our patient’s about their eye health and make professional recommendations. We all truly care for our patient
A casual, comfortable camaraderie. An appreciation for humor to lighten up stressful situations.
the young ones are fun.
When things get stressful everyone comes together and picks up the slack

We all help each other
My direct coworker and I make a great team
My coworkers are great together
Smart but very down to earth and collaborative
Staff should be cross trained so if the screener is running late one of the opticians can screen until the official screener arrives. Trash should be emptied more than once per week. Front desk should make efforts to make sure patients are seen on time. Paperwork can be filled out later.
More communication, using more resources to implement better strategies for communication
Maximize appointment times despite unrealistic company expectations
Customer service, genuine care, gossiping, insubordination, the list goes on
Review from Operations Dept
Pettiness when it comes to commission.
Need to learn how to work together as a team and not against one another
Coworkers need to understand how to maximize the doctor's time with a patient. This includes alerting the doctor as soon as a patient arrives. And also following the company's policy on overflow patients as well as patients who arrive late. Consequences for patient non-compliance should be enforced
Co workers were able to slack off and force the hard workers to work even harder. The opticians fight over patients for commision, making everyone feel uncomfortable.
Being honest and truthful with each other. We are all adults and don't need to talk about one another in a disrespectful way.
RESPECT AND TONE IN VOLUME WHEN TALKING TO A ADULT THAT IS NEW TO THE FIELD
Communication and guidance on what and what we need to do. There's a lot of grey area
They cant be nice to other for anything and HR WONT FO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. i have tried and made many meeetings to gix this and ecen the GM wont do anything
No one is a team player but they expect you to be
basic work ethic is lacking in most and any repercussions are absent by upper management
