This company offers good health insurance and vision for your family
Medical healthcare benefits, HSA and 401k program. However debate the doctor in initially there's a company matched 401k which disappears after about a year when they and the IRS consider you're making too much money for the company to contribute any longer. This should be disclosed before hiring
I am paid well. The benefits are similar to other large companies.

As a very experienced long term employee, I am not valued or compensated for my experience,dedication , work ethic,training new employees and on new equipment and I can go on and on about the ongoing problems and issues. I am not at all compensated in comparison to other companies.
Treat them like they care
I get a low salary, i have over 10 years experience, they deduct my pay if i call out due to sick/car trouble, they do not pay you more when they expect yiu to be there 745- after 5 with no lunch breajs and every decemeber tbey make us work. Eveb more hours and days and only hourly and OD get $$$

General Managers are paid well, but support staff are grossly underpaid for expectations.
Expecting employees to do a lot of extra work because of staffing, without compensation
they have me doing multiple jobs without appropriate pay for that. the health insurance is also trash.
I have recently been trained to tech, and my main job is PSC. I have asked many times on how now that i have more training and teching everyday, how we can get me a pay raise and no one in my office knows the answer.

We have started to do more task with our jobs and along with those tasks we have not gotten increase in pay to represent represent our added skills
