We need to get better at our values, especially Caring for our people. We are burnt out, and when you hear that work/life balance is not valued it's difficult to invest yourself as an employee when you don't feel you are truly valued and that 24/7 work is more important.

Recognizing the talent we already have in house. The people who built this company, and have proven results - instead of thinking we need to hire externally, and bring in 20+ year exp. VPs from Microsoft and Dell.

Need to learn how to lead a large company, provide strategy/planning, leading people and processes instead of just coming up with products. Also need to listen to the experienced people they recently hired.

Do more than just send excessive daily emails saying "we need more money" and having such a hire to fire pathway for employees. Retention is clearly not important. Eric left, Christine left, countless managers have left, the AE turnover is insane. Tomas better use that $200m really well.
