It's not that anything is wrong, to be honest the only reason anyone works is to remain financially independent, so I come to work to continue that. It's just a part of life, not necessarily something to look forward to.

If senior execs can see below their level and empathize with their reports around the world, that'd go a long way. There's a leaky bucket with employee retention and no one is even noticing until someone's final notice comes in.

It is just go do, but we never think about how we are going to get there. We need to start finishing and stop starting OKRs we can't finish properly.
