If senior execs can see below their level and empathize with their reports around the world, that'd go a long way. There's a leaky bucket with employee retention and no one is even noticing until someone's final notice comes in.

Leaders (including executive leaders) need to be more thoughtful in how we do things. It is too reactive and nothing is ever thought through properly. It is just go do, but we never think about how we are going to get there. We need to start finishing and stop starting OKRs we can't finish properly.

Constant change, often for the worse. No real sales strategy other than "call more and sell more" meanwhile clients get overcalled and annoyed. Quota is way too high and never adjusts for YoY and current market trends. Zero quota relief for sick days or training. My manager unfortunately is unqualif

I said the exact same thing last year, but take risks. Innovate the brand. We're boring on social and have confused messaging. Outside of SMBs, we're not a well-known brand. Go all-in on brand and tighten up the messaging. The difference between homepage and webpages is glaring.
