Consider the thousands of dollars people spend on their education for these jobs and pay them fairly. A salary in the $20k range is not acceptable for someone who spent almost $100k on their education. Get with the times and stop putting all your dollars at the top.

Constantly increasing workloads with no additional. compensation- - despite yalk of being "customer centeted" - employees with the most cstomer interaction are lowest paid and have highest demands placed on them
