What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening and understanding what employees want and need to continue working. Weighing cost vs reward.

Treat equally, listen and try to hear what we say. Not make fake excuses of ehy some reps are treated better. Make effort to have your supervisors all follow same guidlines. Fairness! Not made up excuses when we know your fake

Need to replace the executive managers

They do not care about the customer

It doesnt matter what I say here, they wouldn't listen anyways.

Empowerment to key employees executive managers have no idea what is going on in the various respective markets.

Communication. Upper management doea not even talk or conference in with their staff

Big culture change at the board and executive level.

Shownrespect for employees and customers executives are truely living is an ivory tower

They need to listen to employees better and take some of the suggestions more seriously.
