What makes you most happy at work?
Going in to see to learn something new, meeting new customers & seeing our regulars
Honestly, nothing. I feel drained and was unhappy. Thats why i left.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to reasses the executive managers
Once again executive managers have no idea what is going on in the markets they operate within
Everything is wrong with this company. It needs to be bought out by a more competent bank.
Executive managers are out of touch
Lack of organization, appreciation, and compensation.
Take a closer look at the way managers treat their employees. Maybe some of them need to go.
Customers are confused by rapid changes, frustrated by clunky ineffcient technology and angry about increasing fees and reduced servces
