Fine, sometimes can be challenging with the volume of work

Mineral wells location, over 50% of the employees on my shift continuosly are getting high on pot vape pens. Creating a unsafe environment for themselves and others if you try to say something to management they quicly dismiss it and will not talk about it. Management and supervisors have favorites

Our CEO does a great job drumming up new business and checking in with all of his personnel. He is very energetic and passionate about his/our mission. He really wants to grow out company moving forward. Im glad I work for this company.

The company has been a good role model for me and working there as let me be around a diverse group of people and for the most part has been welcoming with chance of growth plus they give back to the community. That's a good thing.

Large company with more manufacturing capabilities than most. We are surprisingly nimble and while we have clearly defined ways of working, outside-the-box problem-solving is encouraged if it's necessary to close a deal that makes sense for both the customer and Novolex/Shields. Impressive org!

Because I work 12 hour shifts in a hot area and still don't make enough to live on my own. To buy a house. To not worry about money. If I got paid enough to freaking live and got more vacation time to actually live instead of working my life away.

More pay they have let people go or they quit. Then they put there work on me. Then when you you say that was there job when you going to replace them you get a reply like that's your job now. Then try to rush you when your work get back up. Like I'm doing 2 jobs as a material handle and shipping

Employees of other companies make the same or more per hour as employees at our factory for working at picking/shipping facilities with me less labor or skill. People are being hired at McDonald's for the same start pay as we receive

We havepushed to retain some people or bring back some people that create toxic encorionments. We end up with accidents and people with experience leaving the company. My team is terrific now but the battle to remove a toxic person from my team with years of history resulted with me on medication
