See the truth. Stop lieing, listen to your younger adjusters, and judge on actual job performance not male comerodory and gender

So need to take leadership classes because it's there 1st time in this role. To be a team player. To be the voice of the worker and get then what they need to be productive

Show leadership and direction, not just wait for another equity firm to take over
Less hours more appreciation we have no family life no life whatsoever. We received a fifty dollar gift card to a restaurant nobody wants to go to. I bet that restaurant will cater our next event. These are just guesses. Working an average of 60 hours a week for 5 years. We are tired.
