What should I wear for an interview at Novolex?
I wore a polo and khakis but that's not necessary. Casual wear is fine; jeans, t shirt... Use common sense, no ripped up clothes or shirts w alcohol logo or anything potentially offensive.

Easy. It’s laid back, so as long as you do your job and work hard then there is time for your social/family life

Classy, polished and college educated
Sheep. If you work ridiculously hard and befriend the right people you will go far. Also be prepared to throw the people you trust under the bus. And being Hispanic helps immensely.

Shipping management. 3 of them. Took 3 months to get the first call and then once I passed the interview it took 2 months to hear back again

Why you wanted to you work for them. What you do in your free time. Experience in manufacturing and/or office setting. And #1, how do you feel with working in inclimate weather
What part of Novolex's business is growing fastest? What part is having difficulties?
Lines have difficulties due to old machines. Plus, there is no heat or air so the workers struggle to keep up. The fastest part is the shipping and receiving, along with logistics
How innovative is Novolex?
Basic. Lines are dated, and workers get the heat for machines falling behind. Have to play catch up.
