the overall pay is decent

It is generous with a reasonable set of goals to earn bonuses. They aren't easy goals by any means, but they are achievable and they encourage you to stretch your capabilities, resulting in a larger comfort zone.

Have an opportunity to decide what is best for my family and choosing a great package for them for me

Just let me do my job with out being paired up with a potential sexual partner. Let me operate and let me earn my raise. Wich hould have happened a year ago and treat me as an equal. Not you fragile little girl

They pushed me to learn other jobs i wasnt payed to do they made me do other work that wasnt in my pay grade

Because I work 12 hour shifts in a hot area and still don't make enough to live on my own. To buy a house. To not worry about money. If I got paid enough to freaking live and got more vacation time to actually live instead of working my life away.

More pay they have let people go or they quit. Then they put there work on me. Then when you you say that was there job when you going to replace them you get a reply like that's your job now. Then try to rush you when your work get back up. Like I'm doing 2 jobs as a material handle and shipping

Employees of other companies make the same or more per hour as employees at our factory for working at picking/shipping facilities with me less labor or skill. People are being hired at McDonald's for the same start pay as we receive

For the most part we help each other out and get the job done.And that itself speaks volumes when being treated like slaves. Mangement team try to turn us against one another making it difficult to work at times but we get the job done

My team is made up of individuals with decades of experience who are willing to assist you when you need it and celebrate your achievements.

Working together as a team to give great quality and getting the job done. I come in every day to lift everybody spirit so that we can get this job done safely and good expectations of our company.

The operators need to understand there not the only operators that needs things. Most of the time it takes 30min to find things because it is not in location. Then on top of that I have to put rolls load truck put up finish goods like all this things pull me off the floor

Conversations with my coworkers at break

The interaction with my coworkers and peers for the most part as you get the day going jolly and get past another next workday

Everyone seems to be flexible in order to win when their goals might not align with yours. The big picture is clear and everyone is working towards it.

At the time of my interview it a person, I could tell genuinely cared

Liabilities talk to the HR to understand what was going on in and out of the company and if I had a problem, she was there. It was very appreciated that

It was very thorough and I met with various levels of leadership. They try very hard to make sure you are the right fit while also being transparent about current hurdles the company is facing. That honesty is a rare quality.

knowing i make decent living for my family

The ability to come in and have a chance to do my job without outside noise or anything just a beautiful focus on my work and just do it

There are a lot of opportunities for growth and leadership is more than happy to help you grow.

The one thing that makes me happy about working for this company is trying to give good quality to the people and get those numbers up so that we can grow and continue to keep the doors open.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Novolex chronically stole from employees. Leads to distrust between employees and employer. Once trust is lost, it is gone.

We havepushed to retain some people or bring back some people that create toxic encorionments. We end up with accidents and people with experience leaving the company. My team is terrific now but the battle to remove a toxic person from my team with years of history resulted with me on medication
