More pay they have let people go or they quit. Then they put there work on me. Then when you you say that was there job when you going to replace them you get a reply like that's your job now. Then try to rush you when your work get back up. Like I'm doing 2 jobs as a material handle and shipping
Employees of other companies make the same or more per hour as employees at our factory for working at picking/shipping facilities with me less labor or skill. People are being hired at McDonald's for the same start pay as we receive
We work good together and we look out for one another
Willingness to learn throughout working without power for hours, figuring out what to do without a steady source of internet and management team not knowing what to do and not on the same page.
We seem to all get along for the most part, yes tempers get in the way but are usually delt with respectfully on both ends. People are easy to get along with, communication and training are not the best but we have fun with it.
Most my team members are respectful and fun to work with. I am the sister in the shop to them. My master adjuster is very personal and willing to batt for his team. He only has ever been unfair to me went Frasier get involved. As Frasier insists I don't listen to anyone. My team sees differently.

They need a lot of training
The operators need to understand there not the only operators that needs things. Most of the time it takes 30min to find things because it is not in location. Then on top of that I have to put rolls load truck put up finish goods like all this things pull me off the floor
There is alot of language boundaries can't communicate clearly. Not everyone speaks fluent English

Novolex chronically stole from employees. Leads to distrust between employees and employer. Once trust is lost, it is gone.
We havepushed to retain some people or bring back some people that create toxic encorionments. We end up with accidents and people with experience leaving the company. My team is terrific now but the battle to remove a toxic person from my team with years of history resulted with me on medication
