I enjoy working with my coworkers greatly and enjoy job. But I feel, and am told that I am incorrectly compensated for the duties and responsibilities that I have taken/been assigned alongside the duties that are part of my position. But there is no one besides the managers that know how to do them.

I feel uncalled because they nothing to help my hours until others quit. Also the fact that my schedule is now made according to my coworkers. Didn't get a raise till I worked a full year only to get the pay everyone hired after me came in with and then my schedule hours goes down.
