I loved my management at the Dixie Hwy store
My Managers where great Joe Moore there wasnt a time he wouldn't barback for me or bus a table he worked right along with us with us he is amazing but other than that no good leadership teams
That when the Big bosses come in it is ran superb. The way they pretend to hear and understand you, and take time listen.
They teach and are friendly to work with
Our service manager listens to us
Treating everybody fairly not having their favorites
Absolutely everything. Positive reinforcement, leadering, marurity, understand their personal feelings towards a lower level employee should not affect how they treat them or handle things in a business aspect.
Everything, they are all terrible
Positive reinforcement. All we get is negative feedback
our management needs to improve their professionalism and respect their employees more than they do. the kitchen manager is also terrible about ordering what and enough of what we need to last through the whole week.
I like it for the retirement
401 k and vacation time
I fine with this company
Waiting process on approval for any work

The vacation is set up great

The managers tell us so. Theres no positive reinforcement, we are always and only told how and when we did not do well, but ignore the hard work.
Actually being appreciated for once
I feel uncalled because they nothing to help my hours until others quit. Also the fact that my schedule is now made according to my coworkers. Didn't get a raise till I worked a full year only to get the pay everyone hired after me came in with and then my schedule hours goes down.
We are lucky to get 4 shifts a week, and they keep hiring more people. It makes no sense.
$10 an hour plus tips and tips arent calculated into your pay
Everyone will Pitch in and help each other out if they need it
Review from Operations Dept
It's sad that the employees are separated from the management. We are supposed to be a team but 5he the big 3 managers only worry about there bounces
Great coworker talked to them daily no one still has jobs and it's the first of December so they're doing real good
Our team is mixed some are good others are not the good ones are on time hardly call out and keep us up on Large orders Latge tables catering orders and help with whatever no matter their job title
We know how to get the job done in good quality and have a good time
Actually doing their job that the managers dont make them do
My coworkers were smoking weed out back with the management.
Review from Sales Dept
Workplace bullying needs to stop. Many workers are harrassed, bullied, threatened and intimadated on a daily basis. Some employees are even scared for saftey
we are amazing except for like 5 of them
Better training. Veterans are stealing tables. They won’t even sit tables in the bar. I’ve been screamed at by an employee in the middle of taking in order, cussed out by another the next
Nobody drowns, EVERYONE pitched in and we all got it done together... Felt like family there.
Us team members get along great
Our regulars and servers helping host. Cooks helping with dishes. Team work.
We make it positive we smile relax with great customer to make sure they're okay make sure each other's okay it was like a family there
Everyone speaks to each other but everyone complains about some of the same things. The complaints for most is the only common thing we have. Some are different but we will listen because we can relate
The managers have consequences for treated their staff poorly or not handling things how they should
Less complaining, more managers interacting with employees customers in a positive way not a negative way
Managers who can effectively manage & hold people accountable
In order to make the company culture better the staff needs to be more excited to be working and greet guest as well as being there on time and making sure everything is done open to close .
Everything. Better management. Less favoritism. Food is cooked for certain people first rather than how the orders came in
The genuine and comfortability with being open and honest about expectations
I got the job there
Face to face meeting with both managers
i love the fact they are up front about pay and hours available
It was a very laid back interview.
.CEO talks to me or I will go to news outlets
Make sure the people that you are talking to are qualified.
Take time to listen to the employee and help them!
Have an outside company interview and hire, no one internally can do well
Review from Sales Dept
Don't just hire anyone that looks good
Review from Customer Support Dept
I'm not at work you guys closed down
The feeling of accomplishment after a hard day's work.
Happy customers eating great food and enjoying the atmosphere
Helping customers and making sure they are happy
Review from Sales Dept
Guest interactions & my coworkers
Better management they just let anyone be a manger, also better dmangers ive only seen him twice this year. And a better open door policy
Unless the manager personal likes you, regardless of your work ethic, you cannot move up in this company.
Wrong things are: colorism, sexism, scheduling, Management, cleanliness, assignment, communication, and accountability etc. Improvements could be: diverse management/write ups, accountability for all parties, communicate assignments/situations, team meetings, ask about the scheduling changes
We need to have corporate and health standards enforced. There needs to be structure. Managers and supervisors need to lead by example.
