
I loved my management at the Dixie Hwy store
My Managers where great Joe Moore there wasnt a time he wouldn't barback for me or bus a table he worked right along with us with us he is amazing but other than that no good leadership teams
That when the Big bosses come in it is ran superb. The way they pretend to hear and understand you, and take time listen.
They teach and are friendly to work with
Our service manager listens to us
Everybody sticks together at all time
Actually listen to griefs and problems
General Manager is awesome!! Assiant GM hes great as well! Dinning room manager loud, hateful, rude to staff and customers. She also picks her favorites and makes sure they make all the $!
They are human and understanding
They are friendly to your face but very unreliable and do not put your needs first.
Whenever we are flowing as a team. It's smooth! It only takes a few trophy climbetrs, to ruin the atmosphere!
I like how are general manager truly cares for the employees!

Absolutely everything. Positive reinforcement, leadering, marurity, understand their personal feelings towards a lower level employee should not affect how they treat them or handle things in a business aspect.

our management needs to improve their professionalism and respect their employees more than they do. the kitchen manager is also terrible about ordering what and enough of what we need to last through the whole week.
Working with their employees, maybe taking the stick out of their behinds and actually speaking to us like real people.
