What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better management they just let anyone be a manger, also better dmangers ive only seen him twice this year. And a better open door policy

Unless the manager personal likes you, regardless of your work ethic, you cannot move up in this company.

Wrong things are: colorism, sexism, scheduling, Management, cleanliness, assignment, communication, and accountability etc. Improvements could be: diverse management/write ups, accountability for all parties, communicate assignments/situations, team meetings, ask about the scheduling changes

We need to have corporate and health standards enforced. There needs to be structure. Managers and supervisors need to lead by example.

Whats not going wrong? They dont want anyone to improve! To worried about letting anyone else in cause theyre so crooked.

We are almost short staff all of the time ,and the new employees make the team no better then it is .When short staff other employees do their part only and do not assist with things that need to be done .I come in and things are incomplete or not even started .

Im tired of working doubles days in a row while the resturant is understaffed. Im also tired of being harrasedd
